Morning Coffee: Remember That Contracts Are Binding

Just in case you think contracts aren't really binding and you'll be able to win some sort of duress argument if you're up against a huge company, think again: eBay has successfully argued that its forum selection clause is binding, meaning that its lawsuits will be litigated in its chosen forum of San Jose.

I can't find anything official about this on the MyCokeRewards site, but several other sites are reporting that you can get double Diet Coke points today. Update: I just entered my Diet Coke codes and got bonus points!
