Afternoon Coffee: Amazon Deals, Printable Coupons & The Drugstore Game

Amazon is now promoting new Subscribe & Save products, including Pampers and baking items. Subscribe & Save simply means that Amazon will send you the same item every interval that you select, between one and six months. With Subscribe & Save, you get 15% off each order. It's very easy to unsubscribe - just go to the "Your Account" link at the top right, and click on "Manage Subscribe & Save Items."

I believe Pampersare new to Subscribe & Save, but I would only recommend it if Pampers is your preferred brand, for the convenience, or if you hate shopping with coupons. I priced out a box of Pampers Easy Upsin size 5 - they come 60 to a box for $23.46 (girls' Easy Ups, for some reason, are more expensive at $29.50). With the 15% Subscribe & Save discount, the box is $19.94, which works out to 33.2 cents per pair. By playing The Drugstore Game, I was routinely getting Huggies Pull Ups in 2T-3T for 27 cents per pair.

Huggiesare also available for Subscribe & Save. The 2T-3T Pull Upsare $18.11 for a pack of 44, so $15.39 after Subscribe & Save. That works out to 35 cents per pair. When you add up how many diapers one child goes through, the difference per pair adds up. But, you can't beat the convenience of having diapers delivered to your door. A better Subscribe & Save option is the Baking Supplies.I don't know how much Pamela's Baking Mixis, but I know gluten-free eaters love it. You can get three 48-oz. packages for $34 with Subscribe & Save. In fact, the Subscribe & Save selectionincludes many gluten-free products.

Also, over at, there are a lot of new coupons and many of the returning coupons, like No Yolks, have reset. If you had reached your print limit last month, check the site to see if you can print more of those coupons now. Links via Escalate Media Affiliate Network.

Common Sense with Money has this coming week's Walgreens deals. I picked up three extra weekend edition newspapers for the free-after-RR Finish dishwasher detergent, and it turns out there's also a Buy One, Get One Free Stayfree coupon that makes for free Stayfree with the $3 off in-ad coupon at Walgreens.

Bargain Briana has this week's Rite Aid deals, which include free Nivea Lip Care, light bulbs and Listerine.
