Morning Coffee: Happy New Year!

The new year brings us government rebates on energy efficient appliances. Eligible appliances vary by state, which is too bad because California is only offering rebates on washers, refrigerators and room air conditioners. If they were offering a rebate on water heaters, I would definitely think about replacing ours.

Amazon now has New Year's Toy Lightning Deals.Today's deals have already started, with Leapster Jedi Math available for $11.99 until 8 a.m. PST.
