Morning Coffee: Still searching for a routine

My quest for a routine continues, as I try to figure out what foods to pack for lunch, how to find time to do the things I want/need to do, and still help my friend who broke her ankle and has been house-bound for the last two weeks. Over the weekend, I picked up this thermosfor hot foods, and it seemed to do the job today. But one of the problems I'm running into is that my good eater has suddenly begun rejecting every fruit except bananas (vegetables have always been almost uniformly a no-go). He claims he'll eat oranges, so I'll have to pick some up tomorrow.

And because I'm still floundering for a routine, I haven't gotten around to my menu for this week. Yesterday, we had grilled pizza. Today, I am planning to make beef enchiladas. Or maybe nachos. Or a pasta salad. I know, this is exactly why I need a menu plan . . .

Thanks for the tip about Museum Day. I have wanted to take my son to our local museum for a while now, and this will be a good excuse to go! They have an entire passenger train inside the museum and I know he will love to see that.

Have a great time! I loved being able to save the rather substantial admission fee to a museum we would visit once a year at most anyway :)
