Morning Coffee: Busy day today

I've got a busy day planned, although I just decided not to do a baking day today. I have some bananas that need to be used up, but instead of making banana bread, I am going to cut and freeze them for smoothies, which are a popular after-school snack around here. All the other baking can be pushed off for a few more days, since the weather is supposed to cool down by at least ten degrees.

Amazon has a pair of classic Stainless Steel Hoop Earrings for just $4.99. Disclosure: I'm an Amazon affiliate, so any purchase you make after entering Amazon through a link on Chief Family Officer supports this site at no additional cost to you. Thank you!

Daily deal site Plum District is offering $5 tickets to any Regal Entertainment Group theater (Regal Cinemas, United Artist Theatres, or Edwards Theatres). There's a max of two tickets per person, and they don't expire. If you don't see this deal when you click through, click on "Other Districts" at the top of the page and go to Orange County. (Thank you if you join(ed) Plum District using my referral link!)

There's a new printable coupon for 33% off the list price of one item at Borders. Borders is still on the verge of bankruptcy, so it's best to use those gift cards up now.

Through January 27 Today only, My Coke Rewards is reportedly doubling all points for Classic Coke entered. Thanks to Beth for the corrections! It appears the double points are for Classic Coke only, since my Diet Coke and Coke Zero points didn't double. (Via My Good Cents.)

Facebook likers of Schick Quattro for Women can get a $3 off printable coupon.

Organic Deals & Coupons reports that you can use the printable coupon found here to get Earth's Best Organic Toddler Snacks for just $1 per box at Toys R Us. (By comparison, these are more than $2/box at Amazon.)

Speaking of Toys R Us, I just received a Babies R Us circular with an advertised price of $12.99 for an 18-pack of Horizon milk singles. That's also a better price than Amazon right now, especially on the strawberry flavor, so I'm hoping TRU has the same price when I go.

Get a printable coupon for $0.50/2 Philadelphia cream cheese.

Get a free rental at Blockbuster Express with code 21CHD3X (exp 1/28). (Via Free Stuff 4 Free.)

Get a printable coupon for $2/1 Maranatha product. (Via Common Sense with Money.)

You can send a free sample box of Quaker Oatmeal Squares to up to 10 friends. (Via Deal Seeking Mom.)

I was at - my email said only today 1/25 was double points - and it was only doubling points for Coke. I entered a code from a 12 pack of Sprite and it didn't double. Just an fyi! :)

I was just checking out the Plum District deal and it says in the fine print that it is only valid for Orange County Purchasers, even though the tickets are good nationwide. Thoughts? Thanks!

@Amy - My thoughts are that you should be fine, since the tickets are valid anywhere. But thanks for pointing that out, I'll try to learn more about that limitation.
