Afternoon Coffee: Walgreens Update & More

I went to Walgreens today and was pleased to find some good deals, although I was disappointed that my store didn't receive the Color Wonder packs that are $1.50, so only $0.50 each after the $1/1 coupon from the 4/3 SS. I have an HE washer, and I've yet to find Purex HE at Walgreens so I expected to pass on the Purex deal this week - it's $1.99 with the in-ad coupon, so only $0.99 each with the $1/1 coupon from the 2/20 or 3/13 RP. It turns out that the green bottle called Natural Elements can be used in HE washers, so I picked up three bottles. I also got some Colgate MaxClean toothpaste - without thinking, I used the $4 RR from last week's Colgate toothbrush deal on the toothpaste but the $3RR printed without a problem (whew!).

I might have to go back to Walgreens later this week - I just realized I have two more $1/1 Purex coupons, and $0.99 is well below my target price of $1.99. Plus, I can pick up the 8x10 collages I'm going to order - today only, you can get up to five collages for $1 each from Walgreens Photo with code COLLAGEDEAL. I've gotten these before and they make fabulous and inexpensive grandparent gifts when framed.

Search & WinTomorrow is the last day to get a bonus 50 Swagbucks (for a total of 80 to start) when you join Swagbucks and use code HELPJAPAN. Swagbucks is my favorite way to earn free money, and right now they are taking SB donations to aid in relief efforts for Japan. Learn more about Swagbucks here. Thank you if you join(ed) Swagbucks using my referral link!

Here's a new link for a printable coupon for $0.35/1 Goldfish. It's a "bricks" coupon but I was only able to print one per computer instead of the usual two. (Via Printable Coupons and Deals.)

Register at to get 2 free games of bowling for your child all summer long - dates differ by location. The two locations nearest me both state that standard shoe rental fees apply, so this wouldn't be totally free. But it should make for a nice air-conditioned playdate during summer vacation. (Via Centsable Momma.)

There's a new Target printable coupon for $3/1 Huggies Pure & Natural diapers 50-ct+. I haven't printed it, but if it's a Target coupon, you can stack it with this printable coupon for $3/1 any Huggies diapers 60-ct+ or printable coupon for $2/1 any Huggies diapers to get up to $6 off at Target.
