Menu Plan Monday: Busy (and unpredictable) week

We have family coming in from out of town for a couple of days, so I can't plan ahead what we'll be eating those nights. It's also supposed to get really hot starting on Tuesday, so I'm going to try not to use the oven much. (Any baking listed below will be done in my toaster oven.)

Monday - Pasta Puttanesca, salad, artisan bread

Tuesday - ??

Wednesday - ??

Thursday - Pan Bagnat, sweet potato fries, kale chips

Friday - Calamari, salad

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Dinner out
