Midmorning Coffee: Ikea mesh office chair

Last weekend, I was walking toward the registers at Ikea when I spotted a display for the Vilgot chair - it's got a mesh back (key for SoCal summers) and no arms (key for children who climb into your lap), and at $79.99, it's a bargain compared to similar chairs at Staples. It was relatively easy to put together, and it's amazing how much padding there is compared to the old chair! My only complaint is that it's quite heavy, enough that we'll probably get a chair mat for easier rolling on the carpet. I definitely recommend taking a look at it if you're in the market for a new office chair.

Amazon's Gold Box deal of the day is the Toy Story Trilogy for $44.99 - that includes the 10-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo + Digital Copy, and is discounted from Amazon's normal price of $79.99. I was kind of surprised that the set only gets 3 1/2 out of stars, but apparently it's primarily because the packaging is lame. Price-wise, this a great deal if you want to have all three Blu-Ray versions on hand.
